S.C. Lt. Gov Andre Bauer Says 'Don't Feed The Poor; They Breed'

Another South Carolina Republican has shown himself to be a cold and callous example of a real American.
South Carolina Lieutenant Governor Andre Bauer is running to replace Governor Mark Sanford. Speaking at a town hall meeting Bauer compared the poor to stray animals. Bauer explained that his grandmother told him he shouldn't feed stray animals because 'they breed.'
He used this statement as an analogy to the poor who relied on government assistance.
