Alas Tom, We Knew Ye Too Well!

Facing indictments and reality, Tom DeLay has resigned from his Texas Congressional district. He said he didn't want to put his constituents through a negative campaign. How thoughtful!
DeLay, who served 11 terms, has given "sleaze" an entirely new perspective during his tenure in the Congress and his efforts in Texas to change Congressional boundaries resulted in a system that will undoubdtedly be challenged in court soon.
