Bush 2009 Budget D.O.A.

In a last act of paying off his supporters President G.W. Bush announced the 2009 budget proposal. It is a gift to the wealthy and takes the ax to those on Medicare and Medicaid, the unemployed, education, child health programs and just about everything worthwhile the government does.
Though this budget is for all pratical purposes D.O.A. it is a mirror into Bush's legacy of largesse for the wealthy and hostility to the poor.
