Bush Tackles Avian Flu

Ladies and Gentlemen, as you know my first duty is to protect the security of the United States of America. I have perceived a grave threat to the nation from the Bird Flu! Sometimes it is necessary to take preemptive action to stop danger from reaching our shores. Therefore I am now announcing a major military strike on the Canary Islands!
