Larry Liberal, He's Worried

Larry is thinking. "The Republicans are in the Oval Office,both houses of Congress and will soon be a majority on the Supreme Court."
"The governor of my state is Republican, so are both of my Senators. So is most of our congressional delegation and you have to search hard, mostly in Travis County and South Texas, to find state reps who are not Republican."
He wonders "What happened?"
