Court Justice Antonin Scalia is a racist ass hole!

. Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia has long demonstrated that he is a backwards, narrow minded ass hole. Once touted as a "great legal mind' he has never lived up to that billing, instead he has shown he should have gone into movie making where he would make a perfect gangster!

He reminds of Jimmy the Greek Snyder, who lost his lucrative TV gig many years ago by suggesting black players "Lacked the faculties to be successful coaches or quarterbacks." Dodgers GM Al Campanis lost his job as after making similar comments.

Having incompetent and politicized justices on the high court is dangerous for the country and emphasizes the importance of Presidential elections. The damage a bad appointment does lives on long past the term of the ill advised President that appoints such people!

During oral arguments on Wednesday in Fisher v

University of Texas, a contentious affirmative action case, the conservative justice seemed to call their (African American) abilities into question.

"There are those who contend that it does not benefit African-Americans to get them into the University of Texas, where they do not do well," Scalia said, "as opposed to having them go to a less-advanced school ... a slower-track school where they do well."

Scalia was engaging former U.S. Solicitor General Gregory Garre, who is now representing the University of Texas at Austin as the school defends its ongoing consideration of race as one of many factors in its admissions program.
