Ileana Ros-Lehtininen, U.S, Representative in Congress from Florida's 18th district, recently hung up on President-elect Barack Obama three times! She thought she was the victim of a phone prank. It took a call from Rahm Emanuel to convince her that Obama had indeed called to congratulate her on her re-election!
